Through this Petition, the Petitioner claims various reliefs including seeking direction to the Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide her pending claim for issuance of Caste Validity Certificate.

Having considered the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 3 - Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee, Pune to Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-506-CAW-983-2017.doc consider and decide the Petitioner's Caste Validity claim as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before the Committee. 4.

The Petitioner to appear before the Committee on 9th May, 2017 at 11.00 am.

We also direct the Respondents-University that the Petitioner be allowed to fill-up her ATKT examination form for the subject Physiology and Biochemistry scheduled to be held in May, 2017 and to declare the result of December, 2016 examination. 6.

All contentions are kept open and liberty to file fresh Petition if need so arises.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 8.
