In this petition, Rule is already issued and interim relief has been refused. The Respondent No.2- Central Council of Homoeopathy was directed to carry out inspection. The learned counsel for Respondent No.2- Council states that inspection has been carried out on 16 March 2021 and report now will be placed

That being the position and 31 March 2021 being the last date, no effective orders can be passed as final decision by the Council is yet to be taken.
