This Civil Application is for bringing legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.1(A) on record. There is a delay of 63 days in taking out the present Civil Application. The delay is explained in the Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. The Appellants are permitted to file a compilation of documents within a period of four weeks from today. The Appellants are also permitted to reconstruct the record of Second Appeal.
