2 22 - ABA No.625-19.doc further mentioned in the FIR that on 15/04/2018, the present applicant and Jayashree Kapardekar came to the house of first informant. At that time Jayashree Kapardekar told the first informant about a scheme through which the first informant could make groups of women. These ladies were expected to make paper bags for which they would get a reasonable amount. The FIR further mentions that on different occasions Jayashree Kapardekar collected in all Rs.50,127/- from 77 ladies. In July 2018 an amount of Rs.17,140/- were distributed amongst them. Thereafter the further amount was misappropriated and nothing was paid to them. Thus, there was offence of cheating and criminal breach of trust. 3.
Considering the entire allegations in the FIR, the only role attributed to the present applicant is that she introduced the main accused to the first informant.
