Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Perused the operative part of the impugned decree. Considering the finding as regards possession of the suit flat, the prayer for stay cannot be entertained as regards clauses (2) and (3) of the operative part of the impugned decree. Therefore ad-interim relief granted on 22nd March, 2016 deserves to be confirmed. None appears for the respondent.

Accordingly, we dispose of the application by directing that adinterim relief granted in terms of prayer clause (3) of order dated 22nd March, 2016 will continue to operate as interim relief. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) (A.S.OKA, J.)
