For the reasons stated in the praecipe, the same is allowed. 5.

The order dated 23 rd March, 2023 is hereby modified as follows:- After the word 'Heard' in Paragraph No.1, the sentence "Leave to amend the petition in terms of Schedule annexed to the Interim Application is granted" be added. 6.

Rest of the order dated 23 rd March, 2023 shall remain as it is.

The corrections be carried out accordingly in the order dated 23 rd March, 2023 forthwith.

The applicant-petitioner is directed to serve a copy of Interim Application upon the respondents on or before the next date. th April, 2023.
