This is an application for expediting the hearing of Criminal Appeal No.196 of 2013. It is seen that the paper book is ready. The Applicant is in custody for about 5 years. Looking to this fact and the facts stated in the application, we are inclined to expedite the hearing of the appeal. The Appeal No.196 of 2013 be placed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 11.4.2016.
