Learned APP submits that in C.R.No.55 of 2015, charge-sheet has been filed against eight persons. A report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed in respect of six persons.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that protest petition has been filed before the appropriate Court.

In view of this development, keeping all issues on merits open, petition is disposed of.

In view of the above, the intervention application stands disposed of.
