Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants states that the Respondents have been served. In spite of service, none appears for the Respondents and no affidavit-in-reply has been filed. Therefore, contentions raised in the Interim Application have remained uncontroverted. 2.

This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of Respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 passed away on 21st July 2019 and the application is taken out on 27th January 2020. Therefore, there is some delay in filing the application. Sufficient reasons are given in the Interim Application. 1/2
