By an order dated 3/3/2016, this court had quashed Criminal Case No. 1334/PW/2014, which was then pending before the 22nd Court, Andheri (East), Mumbai. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case was, in between, transferred to 66th Court, Andheri (East), Mumbai. It is submitted that the number of the case has not changed.
