In view of the same, this petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

2] In case, the Petitioner has occasion to challenge the decision in the main dispute, then the Petitioner would be entitled to challenge the order impugned in this petition alongwith the challenge to the decision in the main dispute.
