This Application is moved for restoration of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1935 of 2015 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by the order of this Court dated 1st March, 2016. 2.

It is submitted that while granting interim pre-arrest bail, this Court has directed the applicant/accused to deposit Rs.12.50 lakhs in the Court. The learned counsel submitted that applicant has deposited Rs.5,00,000/- on 29th December, 2015 and today he has brought Demand draft of remaining amount of Rs.7.50 lakhs and wants to deposit it in this Court and for that purpose, it is necessary to restore the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of the submission, Anticipatory Bail Application is hereby restored. Registry is directed to accept the demand draft which the applicant will deposit it today itself. Criminal Application is disposed of. 5.
