This is the second bail application. The first bail application was rejected on merits by his Court vide order dated 22nd September, 2015. 2.
Learned Counsel submits that despite the trial being expedited, even charge has not been framed till date. He submits that applicant is aged 24 years and has been languishing in jail from 10th November, 2014. 3.
At this stage, no new ground is made out for enlarging the applicant on bail. However, considering the age of the applicant, the trial SQ Pathan 1/2
ba.583.16.902.doc Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the said case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

If, for no fault of the applicant, the trial does not conclude within the said period, applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh application for bail.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
