Learned advocate Mr.Thorat appearing for original applicant, on instructions, submitted that the applicant Kailash Gehlot has expired after suffering from Covid-19 on 8th December 2020. He produced photocopy of death certificate. The same is taken on record.

The applicant in the present application is original complainant. This application was preferred for cancellation of anticipatory bail on the ground that original applicant-accused did not comply consent terms.

In view of the fact that applicant-accused has expired, the application has become infructuous. Hence, Interim Application is Manish S.
