At the outset, learned APP makes a statement on instructions that the investigating agency does not wish to arrest either of these Applicants. Statement is recorded and accepted. In view of this statement learned counsel for the Applicants prays for withdrawal of this application.

In this view of the statement made by both the parties, the application is disposed of. It is made clear that if the investigating agency comes across any material against the Nesarikar
