On 22nd September 2017, the above petition was placed before the Registrar (Judicial). On that day, at the request of the Petitioner Registrar granted four weeks' time to the Petitioner to remove office objections, which was further conditioned that registration of the writ petition shall stand dismissed if office objections are not removed within the stipulated time. The Petitioner failed to remove office objections within the stipulated time and therefore in terms of the self operative order, the registration of the writ petition stood cancelled / dismissed. Hence, present civil application is taken out by the Petitioners for restoration of the writ petition.

Today, learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement that within two weeks from today, he will remove all office objections. Statement accepted. The justification is given for non removal of office objections within the stipulated time. The patilsr 1 / 2

explanation is also given for the delay occurred in filing present civil application. We find that justification and explanation is satisfactory. 3.
