This is an application for bringing the heirs and legal representative of applicant No.2 Sominath Ramchandra Dhavale, since deceased, on record. Applicant No.2 Sominath R. Dhavale died on 21.1.2019 leaving behind the L.Rs. mentioned in paragraph-6 of the application. Civil Application is filed on 12.3.2019, which is in time.
