Special Case No. 29 of 2012 vide Judgment and Order dated 01/12/2015. The delay is of 9 days. 2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 2 & 3, application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 3) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
