This interim application seeks an order of substituted service. It is submitted that the petition could not be served on Respondent No.2-union. The packet of service has come back with remark "addressee not found". It is submitted that the Registrar of Trade Unions does not have the address of Respondent NO.2-union in his record. The Applicants/Petitioners are permitted, in the premises, to serve the petition on Respondent No.2 by publication of a notice in two local newspapers, one in English and another in Marathi, circulating in Mumbai. The returnable date to be communicated as 23 March, 2020.
