This application is for extention of time to comply the order dated 18.6.2015 passed by this court (Coram: M.S.Sonak, J.) in Writ Petition No.699 of 2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order :

b) If order is not complied within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, interim protection granted in favour of applicant by order dated 18.6.2015 shall stand vacated without referring back to the court.
