This is an application for extension of period to enable the applicant to complete the procedure of furnishing sureties. By an order dated 18.12.2015 the applicant was directed to be released on bail with one or two sureties. The applicant was released on cash bail for a period of 6-weeks. As the applicant could not complete the procedure for furnishing the sureties, by an order dated 4.2.2016 passed in Misc. Application No.55/2015.The said period of furnishing sureties was further extended by six weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has already submitted the necessary and relevant documents with the concerned Court, however, the procedure is not yet completed as the verification of the sureties did not take place.

2 /2 2) In view of the above, the period to complete the formalities for furnishing sureties is extended by 8-weeks from today as a last chance.
