P.C.:- This is an Application for condonation of delay in default in making payment of arrears of compensation from April, 2019 to September, 2021.

Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, initially there was a default of 7 months and therefore, the present Application was filed on 29th January, 2020. However, due to the subsequent COVID-19 pandemic situation, the present Application could not be moved and therefore, the compensation till today could not be deposited in the Registry of this Court.

ssm 2 12-ia1265.20.doc The Applicant has filed affidavit dated 4th March, 2020 and in para No.3 thereof has stated that, he is ready and willing to pay double the compensation amount as directed by Order dated 14th December, 2018 from the date of default of the Order i.e. from April, 2019. In view thereof, the Applicant is permitted to deposit compensation at the rate of Rs.3,000/- p.m. from April, 2019 till today in the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. The Applicant is further directed to continue to pay the said amount of Rs.3,000/- p.m. as compensation till disposal of the present Revision Application No.360 of 2018.
