The petition is filed seeking directions to Respondent No.2 to register an offence on the basis of the Petitioner's representation. On the basis of said representation, MRA Marg Police Station has already registered an NC case. If the Petitioner has any grievance, he has an alternate remedy to approach the magistrate. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
