This application is preferred by plaintiff for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased plaintiff No.8 Smt. Jamelabi Hidayat Nadaf, who died on 19.12.2015.

The Civil Application is filed within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

"b) The names of petitioner Nos. 8A to 8E may be allowed to be brought on record of the above mentioned Writ Petition and the record and proceedings may be amended accordingly."

b) Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment in Writ Petition No. 1714 of 2016 within four weeks from today.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
