ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, in view of the statutory remedy of appeal available under Section 111 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and there is also provision to apply for waiver of the requisite court fee, if any, we are inclined to permit the petitioner to withdraw the same in view of the availability of alternate remedy. However, it is made clear that the concerned respondent no. 1 to 3 shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today. This is on the foundation that the petitioner will invoke the provisions within a period of two weeks from today for claiming appropriate relief in accordance with law. The concerned Authority to pass appropriate order as early as possible in accordance with law. Petition is disposed of with liberty accordingly. No costs. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) (ANOOP V. MOHTA,J) 1 /1
