By this application, the applicants seek interim protection till their application for anticipatory bail is decided by the learned Judge, Malegaon.

The learned Counsel for the applicants states that the learned Sessions Judge, Malegaon has rejected the interim prayer of the applicants and has kept the main application on 22/03/2016. He submits that the applicant's niece is getting married on 20/03/2016 at Nashik and seeks protection till 21/03/2016. 3.

In view of peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, and considering the fact that there is a marriage in the house of the applicants, interim protection is granted till 21/03/2015. 4.

The application which is pending before the learned 1/2

5.aba 509.16.doc Sessions Judge is due on 22/03/2016. The learned Sessions Judge shall decide the said application, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the grant of interim protection by this Court. 5.

Learned Counsel for the applicants has produced a xerox copy of the marriage invitation card. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The learned APP undertakes to inform the concerned Investigating Officer who is investigating C.R.No. I-8 of 2016 registered with the Malegaon Camp Police Station of the said order passed today.
