It is submitted that the Petitioners are absorbed as Muster Assistants. The Petitioners claim salary on the basis of recommendation of 6th Pay Commission recommendations.

wp.3337-2013 Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the Petitioners, we observe that the Petitioners may file a comprehensive representation addressed to the Respondents within 4 weeks. In case such representation is received, the Respondent Nos.16 to 19 shall look into the grievance of the Petitioners and communicate its decision to the Petitioners within 4 months from the date on receipt of the representation. Both Writ Petitions are disposed of.
