The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents i.e. original Appellants states that the order of which modification is sought by the Applicants by way of the Civil Application has already been complied with by the Applicants. The Learned Counsel states that the amount which was required to be deposited by the Applicants - MCGM, was deposited by the MCGM and that the said amount has also been withdrawn by the original Appellant i.e. Respondent herein. In view of the said submissions of the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, no relief can be granted to the BGP.
