1) The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that earlier application was rejected on merits by this Court on 24/01/2017. Applicant is in custody since 14/04/2015. The learned counsel for the applicant fairly prays that the trial in Sessions Case No. 307 of 2015 pending before the Court Room No. 29 needs to be expedited in the interest of justice. The learned counsel for the applicant also submits that in the present case, charge is framed.
