By this application the applicant wife is seeking transfer of the Petition No.A-962 of 2018 filed by the respondent-husband for dissolution of marriage, from the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to Family Court, Pune.

The respondent has filed reply and expressed no objection for such transfer.

The learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has no objection for such transfer. 5.

In such circumstances, the application is allowed. Petition No.A-962 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and is transferred to the Family Court at Pune, for disposal according to law. C.V. BHADANG, J.
