In pursuance of the order dated 08/10/2015, the petitioner Gautam Jain paid to his wife Chanda Jain a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- by means of a demand draft. Such demand draft has been received by Chanda Jain and such receipt is admitted by her. 2.

The learned Counsel for parties hand in minutes of the consent order. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertakings set out therein are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

The minutes of the consent order have been signed by the parties as well as their Counsel. The parties who are present in the Court state that they have signed these minutes of the consent order after understanding their scope and import.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in accordance with the minutes of the consent order marked 'X'.

This Court records the reasonable approach adopted by both the parties and their learned Counsel.

All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.

The parties are at liberty to place this order before the Family Court in M.J. Petition No.A-2210 of 2013 and the Family Court shall make formal order/decree in terms of the minutes of the consent order as well as the present order. Such formal order to be made after 26/10/2015 and upon verification that the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/- is paid by the petitioner to the respondent. (M. S. SONAK, J.) URS
