Though the petitioners have raised challenge to the order dated 13/07/2021 granting the authority to the petitioner No.1 to take necessary steps in administrative capacity and discharge duties as incharge Head master, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 is to superannuate by the end of May 2022. Proposal seeking approval to his promotion on the post of Head Master

20-WP-3974-22.odt 2 has been forwarded by the petitioner No.2 to the Education Officer (Secondary). It is prayed that the Education Officer (Secondary) may be directed to take a decision on that proposal. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) to take a decision on the proposal dated 01/07/2021 within a period of four weeks from today. The decision be taken after hearing the petitioner No.1 and the same may be communicated to him in accordance with law. Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
