Upon hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the statement is reiterated that till this date, application filed under Section 44 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966 filed on 12.10.2009, is still pending before the Collector, Pune. Therefore, in the interest of justice we direct the concerned Respondents to deal with the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within three months from today.
