None for the Petitioner. The farad-sheet discloses that no appearance has been put up on behalf of the Petitioner on the dates when the above Petition was listed. The learned Addl. P.P. Shri Venegavkar points out that the reliefs sought vide the above Petition can be said to have been satisfied in as much as the Charge-Sheet in what is known as the Adarsh Scam has been filed in the CBI Special Court as well as final report under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 which also involves investigation into the Benami transactions is filed. In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any warrant to keep the above Petition pending. Talwalkar

37.crpil24.14 In so far as the prayer clause (c) is concerned, the said prayer is bereft of details and is therefore, vague. By granting liberty to the Petitioner to apply for the said prayer by giving proper details, we dispose of the above the Criminal Public Interest Litigation.
