The contempt petition is filed alleging breach of order dated 9th October, 2018 passed in writ petition stamp No.28264 of 2018, on the part of respondent No.2. By the said order, Division Bench of this Court had directed the Schedule Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner latest by 28th February, 2019. Further directions are given that until the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided, no coercive steps should be taken against the petitioner. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that hearing of the petitioner's tribe claim is already concluded and decision would be given within 10 days from today. The statement is accepted. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Since the petitioner is already protected inasmuch there is already direction that the employer should not take coercive steps against the petitioner during the pendency of the tribe claim, we are of the opinion that no further orders are necessary in this regard.
