Since an unconditional apology is tendered by the learned counsel for the Applicant and that the Applicant who is present in the Court states that he will pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to Legal Services Authority, by way of an indulgence, we allow the application and restore the Writ Petition to the file, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- by the Petitioner, within a period of 4 weeks and placing the receipt of the payment on the record of this Writ Petition.
