This is an application seeking pre-arrest bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. The applicants are apprehending their arret in Crimne No.83 of 2015. The complainant ini this case happens to be the sister-in-law of the applicant in Criminal Application No.101 of 2015. 2.

The complainant is present in the Court and has filed an affidavit/consent terms demonstrating therein that the accused and the complainant have arrived at an amicable settlement.

The respective counsel upon instructions submit that they would abide by the consent terms. Without going into the merits of the matter, it can be said that the applicants deserve pre-arrest bail. It is made clear that the application has not been heard on merits. The consent terms are taken on record.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of their arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on each furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicants shall co-operate with the investigating agency and report to the concerned police station as and when called. Application stands disposed of.
