Challenge in this writ petition is to the interim order passed by respondent No.1 granting stay to the order of disqualification. According to the petitioner, despite filing of Caveat, respondent No.1 has granted interim relief without giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. However, in my opinion, it would be in the interest of justice that respondent No.1 shall decide the revision application within 2 months from today. 2.

With that direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.1 on 18
