The report is received that on 3/9/2015 the charge is framed against the accused under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. The accused was not produced by the jail authority on 26//5/2017, 15/6/2017, 30/6/2017 and 10/7/2017 and therefore, the matter could not be proceeded. On 17/7/2017 the charge was altered from offence under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code to the offence under section 376(2)(j)(l) and (b) of the Indian Penal Code as the victim was incapable of giving consent due to her mental disability and and was subjected to rape.
