1] Learned counsel for applicants submits that recently he has been instructed to appear on behalf of the applicants. He submits that in recent past certain events occurred in the family of the applicants, which are not part of the applications which are filed in this Court. He prays for a short adjournment to file applications afresh, to bring on record the necessary facts. In tune of this prayer, he prays for withdrawal of present applications with liberty to file applications afresh. 1/2
