This application filed on 27/01/2020 puts forth a prayer at 6(a) as under:

In view of the above, I called upon the learned advocate for the applicant to make a statement as to whether, from February, 2020, which is almost two years by now, the applicant made any payment to respondent No.1. It is submitted that the payment has not been made.

It is apparent that Rs.60 lakhs was the amount that the present applicant was to pay to respondent No.1 and what was paid is only Rs.1 lakh. Time upto March, 2020 was sought and not a single penny has been paid, thereafter, till February, 2022. 4.
