Heard. This is a successive bail application. Earlier application seeking bail was withdrawn before this Court on 28/11/2014, after arguing for sometime. Learned counsel for the applicant, fairly submits that there is no change in circumstance, except the fact that brother of applicant is victim of down syndrome.
