11.4380.14-caf the present Civil Application. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant permission to the Applicant for publication of notice in the above noted matter on Respondent No.2 in local news papers viz.Free Press Journal and Navshakti at the cost of the Applicants."
