The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that on 22/4/2022 Shalarth ID has been issued to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner raised in the Writ Petition does not survive. Needless to state that with the grant of Shalarth ID the petitioner shall be paid arrears of salary from the date of his appointment, if there is no other legal impediment.
