Learned Counsel for the Applicants, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw this application. He states that the applicants will surrender before the Appropriate Court on 6th April, 2015, after giving notice to the concerned Police Station, with regard to the place and time of surrender. 2.

It is made clear, that this Court has not gone into the merits of the
