At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to amend. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicants seek modification/relaxation of the condition imposed by the Sessions Court vide order dated 12th September, 2017.

Learned A.P.P on instructions of the Officer, who is present in the Court, states that the applicants have been attending as directed by the trial Court and that charge-sheet will be filed after seeking permission of this Court. She states that further attendance of the applicants is not required.

For the reasons stated aforesaid and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition imposed by the Sessions Court vide order dated 12th September, 2017 is relaxed, inasmuch as, the applicants are now not required to attend the concerned Police Station. However, the applicant shall appear before the Naupada Police Station, Thane, if such an intimation is given by the concerned Investigating Officer, in writing.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
