Rule. By consent, Rule is made returnable forthwith. 2.
The petitioner has prayed for furlough. It is the case of the petitioner that he preferred an application for furlough on 27.7.2013. The said application came to be rejected. Being aggrieved thereby, he preferred an appeal. The said appeal came to be dismissed by order dated 18.1.2014. Hence, this petition.

The learned APP, on instructions, states that thereafter the petitioner preferred an application for furlough which came be to be granted and as on today, the petitioner is on furlough leave. In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere. Rule is discharged. 1 / 2
