By order dated 11/04/2022, the applicants were admitted to interim protection, by recording that only nonbailable offence registered against the applicants is under Section 452 of the IPC and the accusations for the said offence are not to be found in the complaint.

The learned A.P.P. states that the applicants have cooperated with the investigation and their custody is not required by the Investigating Offcer to complete the investigation.

Accepting the said statement, order dated 11/04/2022 is confrmed. Needless to state that the applicants shall continue to render co-operation by reporting to the Investigation Offcer as and when called for.

The application stands disposed off.
