DATE : JUNE 18, 2018 P.C.: (In Chamber) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in the recent past, the petitioner has not contacted him, but earlier, the petitioner had informed him that he has learnt that Ms Priyanka Naik has married to another person. The report submitted by the Member Secretary of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority records that both the petitioner and the said Priyanka failed to remain present for last two counseling sessions. The report shall remain on record in a sealed envelope.

In view of the aforesaid statement noted in paragraph 1, now it is not necessary to keep the petition pending especially when earlier order

crwp1313 records that the said Priyanka was brought before the Court by the Police.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The Member Secretary of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority be informed that no further counseling session is necessary.
