8th FEBRUARY, 2020 P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the parties have tendered the consent terms, which are duly signed by the parties and their advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for purpose of identification.

2] The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 3] Out of Rs.15,50,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand only), an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs 1/2

DSS 87--fast-8251-18 only) shall be invested in a Fixed Deposit in the name of the respondent - Mr. Khan Zulfikar Taswwar in any nationlised bank for a period of five years and rest of the amount shall be paid to the said respondent.

4] Remaining amount lying with the Tribunal alongwith accrued interest shall be refunded to the appellant. Similarly, the amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) lying with this Court be refunded to the appellant. 5] The appellant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per rules.

6] Award be drawn accordingly.
